"My body wasn’t made to be loved on occasion.
it was made to be loved every night, with warm hands.
Everyday, with dedication, like the suns dedication to the earth."
"…and you drink a little too much and try a little too hard. And you go home to a cold bed and think, ‘That was fine’. And your life is a long line of fine."
"I crave space. It charges my batteries. It helps me breathe. Being around people can be so exhausting, because most of them love to take and barely know how to give. Except for a rare few."
Everyone keeps asking when “Letters, To The Men I Have Loved” is being released…Late May the book will be available! Meanwhile here is the official introductory poem for the book that FYI feels like a novel…because I have immortalized these men in words…Aren’t they lucky? Lol
We caught up with self-taught photographer, Natalia Mantini, at her laid-back apartment residing in New York City. It’s been years since we’ve last chatted with the talented artist before she moved out of LA, so it was exciting to find out what she’s been up to, and discover how rad her new apartment is. With a closet fully stocked with Sk8-Hi’s in all different colors, and news of a collaboration with stylist, Miyako Bellizzi, we felt incredibly at-home and inspired. Check out Natalia’s awesome portfolio.
